Part-TimeEquipment Acquisition Assistant (20 hours per week)   

Job Duties: 

  • Administrative Duties for the Equipment Acquisition Team
    • Generating Purchase Orders
    • Creating Item Receipts
    • Assist in moving product through various processes
  • Equipment Acquisition Activities
    • Reaching out to vendors to source probes, parts, and systems
    • Assisting in evaluating assets for purchase
    • Looking on eCommerce sites like eBay and Dotmed for potential purchases
  • Inventory Management Activities
    • Moving product from various sites within the company
    • Sending equipment out for external repair to our various vendors
    • Creating/monitoring reports to confirm inventory levels are accurate
  • Other duties as assigned
    • Running errands for different company departments
    • Assisting in decontamination/checking in purchased probes
    • Helping with projects from other departments as time permits

  • Salesforce Sales Cloud

  • Quickbooks
  • Microsoft Excel
