For portable ultrasound systems, we offer depot repair warranties, which means the machine would be shipped to Probo’s warehouse for repair and service if or when it was needed. Yes, Probo offers virtual and in-person applications training, with CME credits available on applications training by our experianced specialists. The sonographer will train and support your staff and technicians as they set up the ultrasound machine purchased from Probo. Printed user manuals are no longer offered by manufacturers, however, we have a large library of digital ultrasound user manuals. Additionally, most customers opt for our virtual or in-person applications training by our licensed sonographers.
Yes, Probo Medical offers technical support for networking your ultrasound system to your network if supported by the ultrasound machine you purchased. Assistance in connecting to your network will be a part of your applications training and should be discussed with your sales representative prior to purchase.
