National Service Coordinator     

Job Description:  As the National Service Coordinator of Probo Medical, Harrisburg Facility, you will be required to utilize your business experience, organizational skills and interpersonal skills to ensure all service requests are completed in a timely manner and fulfilled to complete customer satisfaction. 

Location: Harrisburg, PA

Job Duties:  The National Service Coordinator duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Coordination of National Service (Contract & T&M)
    • Daily Customer Service Calls
    • Work closely with Technical Support Team
    • Evaluate the most cost-effective way to perform service
    • Coordinate Proper Dispatch (Independents)
    • Coordinate Scheduling of Service Calls
    • Track and Create Preventive Maintenance Schedule
    • Parts Coordination – Query and Source
    • Prepare Quotes (T&M)
    • Ensure Proper Process Flow & Fulfillment to Completion in a timely manner
    • Establish and Maintain Relationships with Independent Service Contractors
    • Establish and Maintain Relationships with Vendors
    • Ensure Customer Satisfaction
  • Depot Repair
    • Customer Service
    • Provide customer with proper paperwork to send in Depot Repair
    • Ensure Proper Process Flow & Fulfillment
    • Communication and Coordination with Repair Team
    • Ensure Proper Creation of Evaluations
    • Obtain approvals for repair
    • Collect payment
    • Assist any reps as needed

  • B.A in Business or equivalent 2 years Customer Service
