Job Title: Inside Sales Manager 

Job Description: This position is accountable for producing the following results: to build, lead, and manage a team of inside sales representatives with the purpose of growing Probo Medical’s revenue in new markets. This includes both personal sales and management of a team. This is a management level position and will interact with Probo Medical’s executive team daily.

Inside Sales Manager Job Duties:

  • Structure and build a team of inside sales representatives calling on new markets
  • Transact business and lead by example for sales team
  • Solicit new business through networking, referrals, and top-down customer management
  • Assist the team on consultative selling, including listening to calls, reviewing emails, and creating call scripts
  • Manage all leads, contacts, opportunities, and activities in
  • Work across departments to align objectives with existing sales and marketing efforts
  • Meet weekly with direct reports and establish performance plans to ensure maximum results
  • Queue customer call list and design follow up schedule for customer interactions
  • Build a repeatable and scalable model within our CRM system


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Over-the-top responsiveness
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Leadership & Management skills
  • Must be very comfortable on the phone
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills


  • 3 years minimum of sales management experience
  • Previous management of a sales team
  • Previous experience preferred
