Job Title: Business Analyst

Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented person to help identify, document, and improve our processes across our companies. The successful candidate will be well-organized, have excellent communication skills (written and verbal), manage time effectively, and be able to work independently, with minimal guidance. This position will answer to senior management and will be on the M&A integration team which will require heavy travel.

Business Analyst Job Duties:

  • Work with newly acquired businesses to document existing business practices
  • Run discovery meetings and identify areas for improvement
  • Provide analysis on conflicting processes between businesses and present solutions for consolidation
  • Work closely with M&A Integration team on project planning and implementation of solutions
  • Complete resource analysis for key roles and present plans to overcome shortfalls
  • Be the liaison between newly acquired businesses, integration team, and outside development team
  • Lead cross-functional teams to improve processes throughout organization
  • Act as direct resources for employees of newly acquired businesses
  • Train employees on new processes and adjust to changing requirements
  • Track implemented solutions to ensure they meet business needs and requirements
  • Establish system to monitor deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects

  • Experience creating and implementing detailed processes

  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Must be willing to positively contribute to our culture

Education/Experience:

  • A bachelor’s degree required
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in business analysis or a related field
  • Experience with Salesforce.com highly preferred but not required
